About Beth

Yoga has been a guiding force in my life for over a decade, and I am passionate about sharing its benefits with others. With more than 10 years of experience teaching in both group and private settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting students from all walks of life as they discover strength, balance, and inner calm.

My approach is rooted in creating a comfortable, friendly environment where each person feels welcome and supported. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, I believe yoga should be accessible, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs.

I specialize in private sessions and trauma‑sensitive yoga, offering space for growth at your own pace. My goal is to help you cultivate resilience, presence, and self‑connection—always with compassion and respect at the center of our work together.

Credentials & Specialization

I am a 300HR Registered Yoga Teacher, trained at Zen Den Yoga School, with additional extensive training in restorative yoga and human physiology and movement. My background allows me to guide students with both technical precision and deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

In addition, I am a Certified Trauma‑Informed Yoga Therapist. Over the years, I have worked with dozens of trauma survivors—including crime victims and sexual assault survivors—supporting them in finding comfort, peace, and balance within their nervous systems. My trauma‑sensitive approach emphasizes safety, choice, and empowerment, creating space for healing at each individual’s pace.
